¤7.13 Rules and Regulations. No owner shall violate the rules and regulations for the use of the Lots as adopted from time to time by the Association. No such rules or regulations shall be established which violate the intention or provisions of this Declaration or which shall unreasonably restrict the use of any Subdivision Lot by the owner thereof. (e.g. NR-9)
¤8.6 Height Limitations. No building or structure shall be placed, erected, altered or permitted to remain on any Subdivision Lot which exceeds a height of 28 feet measured vertically from the average finished grade elevation of the foundation of such building or structure. (e.g. NR-7)
